By Brush or Roller: Stir paint well before and during use. Apply the 1st coat by lightly brushing and making sure the full surface and all edges are well sealed and covered. Ensure excess paint is removed and the coating is evened out.  Apply a thick 2nd coat as soon as previous coat is dry (1-2 hrs). (Minimum film thickness of 120 microns is needed). When painting large flat areas it is recommended that you only use a roller or spray application to achieve a satisfactory finish.

By spray: Dilute Rust Rite with a mixing ratio of 10% with Rust Rite Thinners. Set spray equipment to 25/35 psi; adjust spray gun to full fan width, apply 3-4 coats, allowing a drying time of 1hr between coats. Shake spray gun during use to ensure an even colour and pattern.  Ensure final coat is heavy enough to flow to a smooth, gloss finish avoiding runs and sags. No other thinners or solvent is recommended as this will affected the curing and drying time of the product.

Remove as much paint as possible from equipment. Clean all equipment immediately with Rust Rite Brush Cleaner & Thinners. Replace lid tightly after use. Store in a well-ventilated area.

Two tins or more: Use identical batch numbers or mix tin contents.
